THE GROUP

The Zenitude Group is a French group of hotel and senior residences operating throughout France and overseas, offering short and long-term stays to professionals, families, and students under various brands (Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences, Comfort Aparthotel, Clarion Aparthotel, Ascend, Les Girandières, and Palazzo).

Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will be responsible for a portfolio of residences.

POSITION AND DUTIES

General Accounting Management:

• Verify and record supporting accounting documents (purchase and sales invoices, receipts, receipts, contribution summary slips, payroll journals, expense reports), and perform bank reconciliations. Process dedicated accounting operations in accordance with the chart of accounts standards: customer invoice collection, supplier invoice payment, and financing of various expenses and fixed assets.
• Close the accounting year: Prepare the annual accounts and record the financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and associated appendices), prepare the tax return, and maintain the required accounting documents for audits (tax authorities, auditors).
• Monitor compliance with the chart of accounts and applicable standards, and update technical documentation (accounting procedures and best practices).

Manage subsidiary accounting:

• Create and reconcile customer and supplier accounts, verify, process, and record invoices.
• Track customer receipts and supplier payments, handle late payments, claims, and disputes, and manage amicable recovery and litigation files.
• Perform bank reconciliations, calculate provisions, manage fixed assets, and complete accounting closings.

Cost Accounting Management:

• Define accounting entry settings.
• Edit analysis reports.

Cash and Tax Monitoring:

• Perform bank reconciliations, maintain banking relationships and negotiations.
• Develop cash flow forecasts, monitor working capital requirements (WCR).
• Calculate and manage corporate income tax (IS), VAT returns, and other taxes.

PROFILE

You have a minimum of a two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) and at least two years of experience in a similar position.

You are curious, independent, and rigorous. You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
