As a senior residence director, you will report to your area director and benefit from the support functions to manage a residence on a Girandières site.

Your main missions:

• Ensure daily administrative management

• Supervise inventory management, determine needs / place orders
  
  
• Recruit, train and coordinate all staff to foster a dynamic team spirit. Management of a team of approximately 10 employees
