Your tasks :

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of rooms and annexes
• Clean bathrooms and common areas
• Clean according to instructions
• Maintain the premises
• Change and maintain linen
• Check and manage stocks (products, crockery and linen, merchandise, etc.)
• Keep cart in order and replenish supplies
• Inform the housekeeper of any anomalies concerning equipment in the room
• Scrupulously respect hygiene and safety rules.
• Set up, clear and clean the breakfast buffet
• Greet guests and inform them of buffet operations
• Perform room service
• Process orders
• Tidy and clean laundry and break room

Dans le cadre de son développement et pour renforcer l'équipe, Zenitude est à la recherche d'un.e Revenue Manager H/F en CDI 35h à Besançon pour une prise de poste dès que possible.

Rattaché.e à la Responsable des ventes vous contribuerez à l’optimisation des revenus et à la stratégie commerciale des établissements du groupe, en mettant en œuvre des analyses, des outils et des recommandations pour maximiser les performances.

Vos missions 

Yield Management

• Participer à la mise en place des outils et des stratégies de pilotage commercial.
• Collecter et analyser les données pour produire des reportings réguliers et identifier les opportunités d’évolution des tarifs.
• Suivre le Yield quotidien d’un portefeuille de résidences et proposer des ajustements tarifaires adaptés.
• Paramétrer et optimiser le logiciel hôtelier (PMS Mews) et le CRS
• Réaliser des études de marché et une veille concurrentielle pour ajuster l’offre tarifaire.
• Support ponctuel au service réservation (tarifs groupes, offres corporates…).
• Promouvoir la culture Revenue Management auprès des équipes.

E-distribution

• Suivre, développer et mettre à jour la stratégie de distribution en ligne (Booking, Expedia, GDS…)
• Participer à la mise en place et à l’optimisation des outils de connexion entre les différents systèmes de vente.
• Contribuer à des missions de webmarketing pour maximiser la visibilité des établissements.

Profil recherché 

• Expérience en Revenue Management ou dans un rôle similaire.
• Formation école hôtelière ou école de commerce, idéalement avec une spécialisation en Revenue Management.
• Intérêt marqué pour les chiffres, l’analyse de données et le secteur hôtelier.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques Windows / Office.
• Qualités requises : esprit analytique, autonomie, rigueur et capacité à travailler en équipe.

• Refurbishment of flats on a monthly, weekly and monthly basis
• Restoring sanitary facilities and communal areas
• Supplying and organising a trolley
• Replenishing rooms with welcome products and linen
• Interpreting duty rosters and work sheets
• Follows task scheduling procedures
• Checking the condition of equipment, linen and furniture
• Reporting any anomalies or damage observed in the rooms
• Use and storage of cleaning products
• Checking the quantity and quality of linen Identifying the products and equipment required for each cleaning activity
• Optimise the use of the products and equipment provided
• Check that cleaning equipment is working properly and report any breakdowns
• Apply health and safety rules
• Adopt appropriate gestures and postures
• Pass on information to management and other team members
• Adapt the way you organise your work according to the directives of your hierarchy and the variability of workflows.
