Rattaché(e) au service copropriétaires, vous assurerez le suivi administratif et organisationnel du service

POSTE ET MISSIONS

• Gérer les relations avec les copropriétaires
• Mettre à jour les dossiers et documents des copropriétaires
• Editer des rapports pour les copropriétaires
• Assurer le suivi des lots vendus
• Assurer le suivi des successions
• Générer et assurer le suivi des fichiers loyers
• Procéder aux indexations des loyers
• Assurer le suivi des charges locatives et propriétaires
• Gérer les refacturations trimestrielles auprès du syndic
• Générer les quittances de loyers
• Procéder à la collecte et aux remboursements de la Taxe d'Enlèvement des Ordures Ménagères auprès des copropriétaires
• Gérer le suivi des baux commerciaux

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• Formation administrative ou immobilière (idéalement Bac + 2) ;
• Expérience réussie sur un poste similaire, de préférence dans un cabinet de syndic ou une agence immobilière ;
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
• Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et esprit d'équipe ;
• Excellentes qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles.

Your missions :

• Versatile : 
  • Room inspections,
  • Reception : check-in/check-out,  provide information to guests during their stay, handle phone inquiries, manage reservations, availability, and apartment allocation. Process billing and payments upon guests' arrival, ensure cash security and control of funds, and carry out the daily closure of the establishment, etc.
  • Breakfast service.
• Assist management with requested administrative tasks (management, accounting, invoicing)
• Manage the different teams on-site (multi-skilled employees, receptionists, interns...) and act as a reference point in the field
• Be active in human resources management (recruitment, training, administrative management)
• Implement processes and ensure compliance
• Optimize yield management
• Handle relations with key clients and develop the residence’s reputation

Your missions

• Welcome customers
• Inform and advise guests during their stay

Your tasks

• Refurbishment of flats on a monthly, weekly and monthly basis
• Restoring sanitary facilities and communal areas
• Supplying and organising a trolley
• Replenishing rooms with welcome products and linen
• Interpreting duty rosters and work sheets
• Follows task scheduling procedures
• Checking the condition of equipment, linen and furniture
• Reporting any anomalies or damage observed in the rooms
• Use and storage of cleaning products
• Checking the quantity and quality of linen Identifying the products and equipment required for each cleaning activity
• Optimise the use of the products and equipment provided
• Check that cleaning equipment is working properly and report any breakdowns
• Apply health and safety rules
• Adopt appropriate gestures and postures
• Pass on information to management and other team members
• Adapt the way you organise your work according to the directives of your hierarchy and the variability of workflows.

We are offering a fixed-term contract position as a waiter/waitress (M/F) at our residence, with the potential to lead to a permanent contract.

Your responsibilities 

• Ability to carry out tasks by strictly following the rules, procedures and instructions provided, and to communicate information clearly
• Maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere in keeping with the establishment and its standards
• Managing the till and drink stock (inventories, orders, receiving and storing orders)
• Managing the cleaning of bar/restaurant machinery and equipment
• You must be versatile and able to serve both plated meals and platters in order to manage your service independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to organise your work according to priorities and objectives will be your greatest assets for this role.
